At DewFrees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached).

2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to send the product back.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
The product must be returned to the address provided in the return instructions.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used.
Refund Processing Time:

Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your card provider.

PayPal refunds may process immediately but may still take a few days to appear.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assist you with returning the item and offer a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before processing or shipment. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery.
8. Refunds on Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in shipping or sent a defective product.
