At DewFrees, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
If there is a delay due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (US only). This will be automatically applied at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location. Customs fees, taxes, and duties are not included in the shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. DewFrees is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier or send a replacement, depending on the situation.
